# How to create a customized 'Help' response for Webmail login failures

## MDaemon will to allow administrators to create a customized statement displayed to users when a login attempt fails to Webmail. This can be configured globally or per domain.

Please note, per domain 'Help' statements require a valid, individual host name. 

To configure a global 'Help' statement:

1. Select **Setup**
2. Select **Web & IM Services...**
3. Expand **Webmail**
4. Select **Settings

5. Enter the customized string in the **Login failure 'Help' text (can contain HTML code):** text box.
6. Click Ok

To configure a per-domain 'Help' statement:

1. Select **Setup**
2. Select **Domain Manager**
3. Expand the menus for the desired domain.
4. Select **Webmail

5. Enter the per-domain statement in the **Login failure 'Help' text (can contain HTML code):** text box.
6. Click Ok
