# How do I access the Service Portal?

## Once an account is created, users can now log in and access their previously submitted customer and technical support tickets in our Service Portal.

1. Navigate to **[knowledge.mdaemon.com/service-portal](https://knowledge.mdaemon.com/_hcms/mem/login?redirect_url=https://knowledge.mdaemon.com/service-portal&hsLang=en)**
2. First-time users, click "Register here" to create an account

3. Populate the necessary fields and click "Save password"

4. You will now see a window that asks you to verify your email
5. In your inbox, open the verification email and click "Confirm![Confirm email](https://knowledge.mdaemon.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Confirm%20email.gif?width=688&name=Confirm%20email.gif)
6. You may now log into the Service Portal
